About this opportunity

Through their gift, the REC Specialist Equine Centre wishes to support a scholarship for a Doctor of Veterinary Clinical Science student undertaking research in equine medicine within the School of Veterinary Science at the University of Queensland. This philanthropic HDR living scholarship provides funding for doctoral research focused on equine medicine. The scholarship supports students pursuing the Doctor of Veterinary Clinical Sciences degree who meet specific academic and clinical prerequisites, including relevant clinical experience and research preparedness. The successful applicant will work with an advisory team to finalize a viable and funded research project in equine medicine prior to commencement. Recipients must acknowledge the scholarship in published research papers and may be invited to present their work to the donor.
