About this opportunity
The Domestic Abuse Fund provides grants to 'led by and for' organisations delivering specialist domestic abuse services. The fund is looking to support groups that are deeply rooted in their communities and offer person-centred, holistic support that is tailored around the needs of people from marginalised and minoritised communities who've experienced domestic abuse. The funding will enable organisations to continue to contribute to meaningful, lasting change for survivors of domestic abuse. Eligible organisations must have at least three years' experience of providing specialist domestic abuse services, have a clear understanding of the intersecting needs of victims-survivors from marginalised and minoritised communities, and be well embedded within their community. The fund prioritizes organisations that offer ongoing support that responds to an individual's changing needs, provide person-centred one-to-one support such as casework, and deliver holistic wrap-around support that addresses a range of needs including counselling, safe accommodation, casework, immigration advice and practical support.
