About this opportunity
The Don and Ruth Clandinin Scholarship in Poultry Science is awarded to a student with superior academic achievement entering the third or fourth year of a Bachelor of Science program in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences at the University of Alberta. The scholarship was established through endowed funds by family and friends in memory of Don Clandinin, DSc, who served as Professor of Poultry Nutrition from 1938-1979. The recipient will be selected on the basis of academic achievement and a broad interest in poultry science, which must be demonstrated through course work, work experience, and/or extracurricular activities. Students are automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta scholarship portal.
