Don Van Dusen Veterans Scholarship

The Don Van Dusen Veterans Scholarship supports undergraduate and graduate students at Eastern Illinois University who have military connections. This scholarship recognizes the service and sacrifice of veterans, active-duty service members, their families, and ROTC participants. Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment and good academic standing at the university. Preference is given to students majoring in mathematics or computer science, reflecting the donor's interest in supporting STEM education among the military-connected community. The scholarship is renewable, allowing recipients to apply again in subsequent years if they continue to meet the eligibility criteria. Awards are announced in the Spring semester and disbursed in the Fall semester.
