Donald C. Fraser Memorial Scholarship

The Donald C. Fraser Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student participating in the Army ROTC unit at North Dakota State University (NDSU). The scholarship is specifically designated for non-scholarship cadets, excluding those receiving regular stipends paid to cadets in the advanced level program. Recipients must have at least sophomore standing at the time of selection and must be approved for participation in the advanced level Army ROTC program. Verification of eligibility provisions is coordinated with the Department of Military Science. This scholarship supports students in the College of Engineering and Military Science programs at NDSU.
