About this opportunity
The Dorothy MacCaull MacKenzie Memorial Award for Nursing is awarded to a full-time first-year Nursing student standing second-highest and continuing on to second year. This award was established at the University of Prince Edward Island by Mr. Gordon MacKenzie in memory of his wife Dorothy MacCaull MacKenzie for the purpose of assisting a first year student in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at the University of Prince Edward Island. This award is established by Mr. MacKenzie to honour Mrs. MacKenzie's life-long dedication to the nursing profession. The Dorothy MacCaull MacKenzie Award will be awarded to a full-time, first year Nursing student who exemplifies a spirit of service, superior performance and dedication to a career in Nursing.
