Douglas M Sheppard Memorial Scholarships

The Douglas M Sheppard Memorial Scholarships are awarded to students with superior academic achievement proceeding to each of the second, third and fourth years of full-time studies in any of the following Specialization or Honors programs: Physics, Computational Science (Physics), or Astrophysics. Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic achievement. The scholarships are funded through an endowment established by the colleagues, family and friends of the late Douglas M Sheppard, Professor of Physics. Students will be automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta's AcademicWorks platform.
