About This Opportunity

The Dr. Brendan Richardson Memorial Prize is an annual award established to honor Dr. Brendan Richardson, a long-standing lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing at Cork University Business School who passed away in June 2018. Dr. Richardson taught MG2003 for many years, with consumer behaviour and sustainability issues central to his interests and expertise. The prize is awarded annually to the MG2003 student who achieves the highest overall academic mark in the module. All students registered in and successfully completing MG2003 are automatically eligible for consideration. The award is made by the module coordinator after the Summer and Autumn exam boards have been completed. The prize includes a €200 voucher and a Certificate of Achievement, recognizing academic excellence in the module.
