About This Opportunity
The Dr Erwin and Gerda Bako Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student with superior academic achievement entering the fourth year of a Bachelor of Kinesiology, Bachelor of Kinesiology/Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree. Selection is based on an interest and involvement in the area of fitness, health and lifestyle improvement, and academic standing. Preference is given to mature students. This is an endowed scholarship funded by friends of the Bako Family and administered by the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport and Recreation at the University of Alberta. Students are automatically considered based on their completed General Application.
