Dr. Esam Hussein Engineering and Applied Science Graduate Scholarship for Excellence

The Dr. Esam Hussein Engineering and Applied Science Graduate Scholarship for Excellence is a graduate scholarship encouraging students graduating from the University of Regina in any Engineering program to remain here and continue their studies at the graduate level. The scholarship is awarded to a University of Regina graduate student who is accepted as a fully-qualified graduate student from any University of Regina Engineering and Applied Science undergraduate program and continuing studies in Engineering at the University at the graduate level. Selection takes place in the Fall, and students who have entered their 1st, 2nd or 3rd semester only of a graduate program in Engineering in that calendar year are eligible. The award is given to a student who has achieved the highest minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 80% at the undergraduate level or equivalent, as determined by the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research.
