Dr Ethel L Fried Memorial Leadership Scholarship

The Dr Ethel L Fried Memorial Leadership Scholarship is awarded to a student with superior academic achievement enrolled in the second year of a Doctor of Medicine degree. Selection is based on academic standing and demonstrated leadership through involvement and participation in university and community organizations. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate a genuine concern for the well being and betterment of fellow citizens and have financial need. This scholarship is made possible through endowed funds established by family, relatives and friends in memory of Dr Ethel L Fried.
