Dr. George Ferry Scholarship

The Dr. George Ferry Scholarship was established by H. Sonny Spera III, DDS '89 and the Spera Family in loving memory of long-time University at Buffalo faculty member Dr. George Ferry. This scholarship is designed to support students enrolled in the School of Dental Medicine at the University at Buffalo. The award provides financial assistance to help dental students pursue their studies and professional development. Preference is given to students from Binghamton or Broome County, New York, honoring Dr. Ferry's legacy by supporting students from these communities. The scholarship amount varies based on available funding and may be awarded to multiple qualified candidates each year.
