Dr Hazel Rutherford McCuaig Prize in Property Law

The Dr Hazel Rutherford McCuaig Prize in Property Law is awarded annually to a student completing first year law who achieves high standing in the subject of Real Property (LAW 440). The prize is funded by The McLean McCuaig Foundation in honour of Dr Hazel Elizabeth Rutherford McCuaig. This award recognizes academic excellence in property law studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Alberta. Students are automatically considered for this prize based on their completed General Application and academic performance in the designated course.
