About This Opportunity
The Dr. Henry A. Taitt Physics Scholarship supports students pursuing Science with Teacher Certification in Physics specialization at Eastern Illinois University. The scholarship is designed to encourage students interested in teaching high school physics. Recipients must be full-time students at any undergraduate level (freshman through senior) who are either currently enrolled or have applied to EIU's Science with Teacher Certification program with Physics specialization. The award is announced in the Spring semester and disbursed in the Fall semester. Preference is given to graduates of high schools located in Coles County.
