Dr. Henry & Julia Freund Scholarship

The Dr. Henry & Julia Freund Scholarship is awarded to select students enrolled in the Peck School of the Arts (PSOA) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee who are pursuing music studies. This scholarship is designed to support undergraduate music students who demonstrate both artistic merit and financial need. Eligible students must be full-time students with at least 6 credits in their major, registered for performance lessons on their principal instrument, and participating in a major ensemble. The scholarship recognizes students who maintain strong academic performance with a minimum 3.0 GPA while pursuing their musical education. Financial need must be demonstrated through the FAFSA, and applicants must submit the FAFSA before the scholarship application deadline to ensure consideration.
