Dr. Howard R. Goldstein Memorial Humanitarian Scholarship Fund

The Dr. Howard R. Goldstein Memorial Humanitarian Scholarship Fund was established in 2011 in loving memory of Dr. Howard R. Goldstein by his wife Judith Goldstein and dear friends Wayne Glazier, MD '74 and Elliott Schulman, MD '74. This scholarship is designed to support medical students who exemplify humanitarian values and dedication to serving others. Eligible applicants must be third or fourth year medical students enrolled in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Recipients are selected based on their demonstrated humanitarian character and commitment to compassionate patient care and community service. The award amount varies each year based on available funds.
