About this opportunity

The Dr Jennifer Foong Scholarship for Biomedical Research supports experienced PhD students to undertake research into biomedical engineering and technology at the University of Sydney. This scholarship is funded by a gift from Dr Jennifer Mun-Yum Foong and Mr Kim Yee. The scholarship provides a Research Training Program (RTP) stipend equivalent minimum stipend rate for up to 14 research periods (approximately 3.5 years), subject to satisfactory academic performance. Recipients must be enrolled or have an unconditional offer to study a full-time PhD, have demonstrated research experience in biomedical research, and be willing to undertake research in the field of biomedical engineering and technology. Selection is based on academic merit, research experience, and area of study/research proposal.
