About This Opportunity

The Dr. Ken Probert Memorial Scholarship was established through generous donations to the University of Regina 2011 Matching Gift Program in honour of the late Dr. Ken Probert. Dr. Probert is remembered by his family, friends and colleagues for his love of literature and academia, his pure enjoyment of communal gatherings and his passion for teaching, for music and the arts. He gave generously of his time and insight to both his students and colleagues. The scholarship will be awarded to a University of Regina graduate student entering a Master's degree program in English who is accepted as a fully qualified graduate student in good standing, registered full-time during the semester the scholarship is awarded, and has a minimum cumulative grade average of 80% or equivalent.
