Dr. L. Kaye Woodward Scholarship for Adult Learners

The Dr. L. Kaye Woodward Scholarship for Adult Learners supports students enrolled in the Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) Program at Eastern Illinois University. This scholarship is designed for non-traditional adult learners who are pursuing degree completion through interdisciplinary studies. Recipients must have completed at least three consecutive semesters of enrollment in the BGS Program with at least part-time status (6 credit hours or more) and be in good academic standing. The scholarship is announced in the Spring and disbursed in the following Fall and Spring semesters. Financial need is not a primary consideration for this award. Recipients may receive the award again in subsequent years if they continue to meet the eligibility criteria and have at least one full year remaining in their program.
