Dr. Lowell Sweet Calculus Prize

The Dr. Lowell Sweet Calculus Prize is awarded annually to the top first-year Calculus student at the University of Prince Edward Island. The award recognizes academic excellence based on a combined average for Math 1910 and Math 1920 completed during the regular academic year. Dr. Lowell Sweet, Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, established this prize to honor outstanding achievement in first-year Calculus courses. Recipients are selected through recommendation from the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
