About This Opportunity
The Dr Manmohan Singh Prize in Economics is awarded annually to a student with superior academic achievement in the Faculty of Arts majoring in Economics at the University of Alberta. Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic standing in Economics 213 (An Introduction to the Economics of Developing Countries). The prize was established through endowed funds by friends in recognition of Dr Manmohan Singh receiving an honorary degree from the University of Alberta in June 1997.
