Dr. Mark W. Welch and Beulah M. Welch Scholarship Fund

The Dr. Mark W. Welch and Beulah M. Welch Scholarship Fund was established in 1979 by Dr. Mark W. Welch and the IBM Corporation to support students at the University at Buffalo.
