Dr. Matt Iager Veterinary Scholarship in Food Animal Medicine

The Dr. Matt Iager Veterinary Scholarship in Food Animal Medicine was established by the donor in appreciation for his education which prepared him for a successful career in dairy practice. This scholarship is awarded to a student in the food or mixed animal medicine track at Virginia Tech's College of Veterinary Medicine. Preference is given to an outstanding fourth year veterinary student with a particular interest in Dairy Production Medicine. The scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate strong qualifications and commitment to food animal medicine, particularly in dairy practice.
