Dr Murray MacDonald Memorial Award

The Dr Murray MacDonald Memorial Award is awarded annually to a student with satisfactory academic standing entering the fourth year of studies in the Faculty of Education at the University of Alberta, studying Art Education. The recipient will be selected on the basis of academic standing and a demonstrated creativity in art and teaching. This award was endowed by Ruth MacDonald-McRae and her husband John McRae in memory of her father, Murray MacDonald, a former teacher at the University of Alberta. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application.
