Dr. Nancy Edgecombe Award in Nursing

The Dr. Nancy Edgecombe Award in Nursing is awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in any year of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing and registration with Accessibility Resources. Preference is given to students with a learning disability and/or students from northern or rural Alberta, Nunavut, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories. This award supports nursing students who demonstrate both academic achievement and may face additional challenges related to accessibility needs or geographic location.
