About this opportunity
The Dr Perry Manusu Scholarship is a prestigious undergraduate scholarship established in 2024 through the generous donation of Rosemary Manusu. This scholarship provides financial support to students from rural, regional, or remote areas of Australia entering the Bachelor of Veterinary Biology degree and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Sydney. The scholarship is designed to support recent school leavers who are Australian citizens or permanent residents and aims to increase access to veterinary education for students from underserved geographic areas. Recipients must maintain strong academic performance with a minimum Semester Average Mark of 65 each semester. The scholarship provides substantial financial support to help cover educational and living expenses throughout the duration of the veterinary program. Please note that this scholarship has been awarded and is no longer being offered for new applications.
