About this opportunity

The Dr. Stephen C. Dunnett Study Abroad Scholarship was established in 2017 by Dr. Stephen C. Dunnett, PhD '77 and BA '68, who serves as University at Buffalo Vice Provost for International Education since 1989. This scholarship supports undergraduate and graduate students at the University at Buffalo who are participating in UB education abroad programs. The scholarship gives preference to students undertaking full semester or longer international educational experiences. Additionally, preference is given to students traveling to Asia and Southeast Asia regions. To be considered for this opportunity, students must complete the Education Abroad Application. Award amounts vary based on the program duration: up to $1,000 for summer or winter programs, $2,000 for fall or spring semester programs, and $4,000 for full academic year programs abroad.
