Dr. Stuart Noel Film Studies Scholarship

The Dr. Stuart Noel Film Studies Scholarship provides annual support to Perimeter College students majoring in Film Studies for tuition, fees, books, and educational expenses. This scholarship recognizes students who have demonstrated academic achievement with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and have completed at least 30 credit hours. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a Perimeter College staff or faculty member. The scholarship is designed to support students in the Fine Arts program at Perimeter College, which is part of Georgia State University. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship based on their completed General Application through the university's scholarship portal.
