Dr. Sylvia Shaw Memorial Dance Scholarship

This scholarship was established in loving memory of Dr. Sylvia Shaw, Dance Professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology from 1965 to 1995 at the University of Calgary. The scholarship is offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student enrolled in the combined BA/BKin Dance program. Recipients are selected based on academic merit and demonstrated extra-curricular involvement in dance-related activities. The scholarship honors Dr. Shaw's legacy and contributions to dance education at the University of Calgary.
