Dr Terry Sosnowski Memorial Award in Emergency Medicine

Awarded to a resident in the University of Alberta Emergency Medicine Postgraduate Medical Education Program who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in emergency medicine by providing exceptional mentorship to others, showing commitment to leadership and professionalism, and continually striving to provide the best care possible to patients. Preference is given to a resident whose work focuses on the betterment of disadvantaged populations. This award is intended to support costs associated with educational opportunities related to emergency medicine including, but not limited to, conferences, symposia, and associated travel costs.
