Dr. Victor "Vic" Ascolillo Criminal Justice Scholarship

The Dr. Victor "Vic" Ascolillo Criminal Justice Scholarship provides financial support for graduate students at Westfield State University pursuing a Master's degree in Criminal Justice. This scholarship recognizes students who maintain academic excellence with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and demonstrate strong commitment to community service and experience in the criminal justice field. Applicants must be enrolled in the College of Graduate and Continuing Education (CGCE) pursuing a Master degree in the Criminal Justice program and have completed at least 9 credits toward their degree at the time of application. Preference is given to applicants who demonstrate a strong commitment and dedication to the greater community and have practical experience working within the field of criminal justice. As part of the application process, candidates must submit an essay of 500 words or less explaining how receiving this scholarship will enhance their work experience in the criminal justice field. The award amount varies.
