This operational grant program supports children and youth organizations in Oslo, Norway. The grant scheme aims to increase opportunities for children and young people to participate, take responsibility, engage, gain social insight and positive life experiences by participating in idealistic voluntary children and youth organizations. Children and young people should be given the opportunity to develop within the organization's field of activity through their own participation. The program supports organizations with activities for and with children and youth in Oslo, helping them maintain their operations and activities. Organizations must have at least 50 members, with at least 60 percent being paying members under 26 years of age. The organization must have existed with activity, independent finances and accounts for at least 2 full calendar years. Grants above 200,000 NOK require audited annual accounts.
