Driftstilskudd til frivillige organisasjoner for scenisk amatørvirksomhet

This is an operating grant program managed by the Norwegian Cultural Directorate (Kulturdirektoratet) aimed at stimulating increased amateur activity in performing arts. The program provides operational support to national and regional voluntary organizations whose primary purpose is performing arts with amateurs. Regional organizations must contribute to activities of national character with impact in at least three counties and significant geographical spread. Network actors must serve as a national resource without requiring membership or subscription. The grant is funded through gaming revenue allocated to cultural purposes and is administered under the Ministry of Culture and Equality.
