About this opportunity
The Driven at Heart Scholarship Contest is an annual program offered by Cousins Subs that supports Wisconsin high school senior student-athletes in their journey to reach their academic and athletic goals. The scholarship recognizes students who have participated in WIAA-sanctioned sports, maintained strong academic performance, and demonstrated civic involvement.
Four finalists are selected to receive scholarship awards ranging from $2,500 to $7,500, with prizes awarded to both male and female athletes. First place winners receive $7,500 each, while runner-up winners receive $2,500 each. In addition to the financial awards, all four finalists receive a once-in-a-lifetime VIP experience at the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, hosted by Green Bay football legend Donald Driver, where they are recognized on stage.
The scholarship is offered through the Make It Better Foundation, affiliated with Cousins Subs. The selection committee includes Donald Driver and representatives from the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame. Finalists receive travel stipends, hotel accommodations for themselves and two family members, and passes to attend the prestigious induction ceremony in Milwaukee.
