Drømmestipendet - Visuell kunst

Drømmestipendet is a grant program for young artists and cultural practitioners between 18 and 25 years of age in Norway. The program supports emerging talent across multiple artistic disciplines including visual arts. Applications are evaluated through a two-stage process: first by municipal nomination, then by a national jury consisting of both professional and dream jury panels. The scholarship emphasizes both artistic skills and the applicant's creative dreams and aspirations. A total of 50 scholarships are awarded annually across all categories. For visual arts applicants, the scholarship supports young visual artists who can demonstrate their skills through portfolios and articulate their artistic dreams and ambitions. Drømmestipendet is a collaborative project between Norsk Tipping and Kulturskolerådet (the Norwegian Council for Schools of Music and Performing Arts).
