Drs. Black & Kletz Allergy Scholarship for Future Medical Professionals

The Drs. Black & Kletz Allergy Scholarship is offered to dedicated students pursuing a career in medicine. The scholarship supports students who are accepted to or enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States. Applicants are judged on academic merit and the content of an essay response describing what inspired them to pursue a medical career and how they plan to use their education to better the lives of others. Applicants must submit an essay of 500 words or less addressing their inspiration to pursue a medical career and how they plan to use their education to help others. Additional requirements include maintaining a minimum 3.5 GPA and being accepted to or enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university. Applications should include name, address, phone number, email address, college/university information, unofficial transcript, and the essay.
