About this opportunity
The Duchesne College Margaret McEniery Family Residential Scholarship Bursary is part of the UQ Residential Scholarships Scheme at the University of Queensland. Established in 2024 by the McEniery Family under the Create Change Scholarship Match Initiative, this scholarship provides financial support to students experiencing financial hardship with the cost of residential fees at Duchesne College. The scholarship awards $5,000 per annum for up to 3 years to support domestic undergraduate students who are enrolled full-time and residing at Duchesne College. Preference is given to students from regional, rural or remote areas and those who are first in their family to attend university. This scholarship is designed to help alleviate the financial burden of accommodation costs for students facing economic challenges while pursuing their undergraduate education at the University of Queensland.
