Durham University Original Source

About This Opportunity

The Hunt Scholarship is a generous undergraduate scholarship supported by Durham Alumnus and former Netflix CPO, Dr Neil Hunt. The scholarship provides £4,000 per year for the duration of the recipient's Computer Science Programme at Durham University. This scholarship specifically aims to support low income applicants and those underrepresented in Computer Science to undertake a Computer Science degree. The award covers the full duration of study, including any foundation or integrated Masters programme, for up to 4 years. Applicants must have a household income below £42,875 as determined by Student Finance and must either be the first generation in their immediate family to attend university or be from a background currently underrepresented in Computer Science. The scholarship supports students pursuing all Computer Science programmes, and applicants reading Natural Sciences with a significant proportion of modules in Computer Science may also apply.
