About this opportunity
The Early-career Raptor Researcher Travel Awards are given to up to three early-career researchers who are no more than three years after graduation or receiving a degree. The award supports researchers who are the senior author and presenter of a paper or poster to be presented at the RRF (Raptor Research Foundation) annual meeting. The grant specifically targets individuals with the greatest financial need and provides $700 in travel funding plus a free 1-year membership to the Raptor Research Foundation. Recipients must submit a cover letter, a one-page project description detailing the significance of their research, methods, analytical approach, and results, as well as a letter of recommendation from their major professor that evaluates their academic abilities and potential contributions to raptor biology.
