About this opportunity

The Eckman Scholarship is a merit-based award given to Linguistics students at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The scholarship supports either master's level students in Linguistics or senior undergraduate Linguistics majors who maintain a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA. Fellowship decisions are made in the fall semester, and the award is distributed in the spring semester. Students who are graduating in the current fall term or the upcoming winter term are not eligible to receive this award. This scholarship is funded by Drs. Fred R. and Ellen W. Eckman and is administered through the UWM Foundation.
