Economics Alumni Award for Distinguished Service

The Economics Alumni Award for Distinguished Service is granted by the Economics Alumni Advisory Board to students who have contributed extensively to the UMass Amherst community, particularly to the Economics Department. This award recognizes undergraduate Economics majors who demonstrate exceptional service and commitment to the department and university community. Recipients must be full-time enrolled undergraduate Economics majors in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater. The award provides $500 to support deserving students who have made significant contributions to the Economics Department and broader UMass Amherst community.
