Economics Alumni Award for Outstanding Achievement

The Economics Alumni Award for Outstanding Achievement is granted by the Economics Alumni Advisory Board to recognize exceptional students in the Economics program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. This award honors a student who has demonstrated outstanding achievement, either through academic excellence or through meaningful service to the university or community. The award prioritizes students with demonstrated financial need and requires recipients to be full-time enrolled undergraduate Economics majors maintaining good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.
