Edmond T. Kemp Seeds of Promise Scholarship

The Edmond T. Kemp Seeds of Promise Scholarship provides annual scholarship support to Perimeter College students at Georgia State University. The scholarship is intended to assist with tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses. This opportunity is specifically designed for students who graduated from inner-city Atlanta high schools including Carver, South Atlanta, Southside, Therrell, or Washington. Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 and be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours. The scholarship requires a letter of recommendation from a Perimeter College staff or faculty member. Recipients are automatically considered based on completion of the General Application through the Georgia State University scholarship portal.
