Edmonton Journal/Dean of Arts Award of Distinction - Renewable

The Edmonton Journal/Dean of Arts Award of Distinction is a renewable scholarship awarded to students enrolled in the second year of a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Humanities or Social Science at the University of Alberta. Students must have a GPA of 3.3 or greater to be eligible. Selection is based on academic standing and indicated financial need. This award is renewable for up to two additional years, contingent upon the recipient maintaining a minimum grade point average of 3.3 in each subsequent year. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta's scholarship platform.
