Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation Top Academic Award

The Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation Top Academic Award is a scholarship opportunity for student-athletes at Red Deer Polytechnic. This award recognizes academic achievement among members of the Red Deer Polytechnic Queens Hockey Team. The scholarship provides $1,000 to one recipient who demonstrates strong academic performance while participating in collegiate athletics. Applicants must be members of the Red Deer Polytechnic Queens Hockey Team who meet the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) and Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) eligibility requirements. A minimum grade point average of 3.0 is required. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application through the Red Deer Polytechnic scholarship system.
