Edmonton Wrestling Club Award in Wrestling

The Edmonton Wrestling Club Award in Wrestling is awarded annually to undergraduate or graduate students at the University of Alberta who are members of the Golden Bears or Pandas Wrestling Team and are eligible for competition. Two recipients are selected each year, one Panda and one Golden Bear. Selection is based on academic standing, dedication to the team, and outstanding effort in training and competition. Undergraduate students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 and graduate students must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0, based on at least 18 units of course weight taken during the previous academic year. The award is funded through endowed funds from the Edmonton Wrestling Club.
