Edna Catherine Press Memorial Prize

The Edna Catherine Press Memorial Prize is awarded annually to a student completing the fourth year in a Bachelor of Education program (Elementary Education route) at the University of Alberta. The award recognizes superior academic achievement and excellence in student teaching. This prize honors the memory of the late Professor Emeritus Edna Catherine Press and is funded through an endowment established by her husband and friends. Recipients are automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta's scholarship system.
