Edwin Kelsey Memorial Scholarship

The Edwin Kelsey Memorial Scholarship is a memorial scholarship offered through the Petaluma Educational Foundation to support high school students from Petaluma High School (PHS) or Casa Grande High School (CGHS) who are pursuing higher education. This scholarship provides financial assistance to students who have demonstrated strong academic performance with a minimum 3.0 GPA. The award is designed to help students transition from high school to college or university by providing $600 in scholarship funding. Recipients must be planning to attend a 2-4 year college or university program.
