About this opportunity
Leicestershire and Rutland Community Foundation are working with the Efficiency East Midlands Foundation to launch a £100,000 funding programme aimed at supporting people into employment. The fund prioritises initiatives targeting young people, but also welcomes proposals supporting women, those from the global majority, individuals who have experienced homelessness, and those with experience of the criminal justice system. Community and voluntary sector organisations across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and Nottinghamshire can apply for grants to deliver impactful, locally driven projects that support social mobility, build life skills, and enable employment pathways. The funding is designed to create real, measurable impact for people facing barriers to employment through training, mentoring, pre-employment support, and skill development programmes.
