Elinor Bentley BA Power Arts Entrance Scholarship

Awarded biennially in even-numbered years on the basis of superior academic achievement to a student entering the first year of an undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Alberta. The recipient will be selected on the basis of their admission average. This scholarship was established through endowed funds by friends and family of Elinor Bentley in her memory. Mrs. Bentley was a dedicated volunteer of the Faculty of Arts. As the University's Alumni Association Arts representative, Elinor coordinated Arts alumni events across Canada to celebrate 'BA Power'. Her hard work and enthusiasm continue to be celebrated through this award.
